User acknoweldges that there is no resonable expectation of personal privacy when using the networks or electronic equipment owned or used by Weyerhaeuser. Email, documents, and other data created, maintained, transmitted, and stored on the network or equipment is not private or personal to any individual employee or user.
Use of the network or equipment constitutes consent that Weyerhaeuser may monitor, audit, search, intercept, or disclose information transmitted or stored on the network or equipment at any time at it's sole discretion.
Users of the network and equipment are expected to adhere at all times to Weyerhaeuser policies as they relate to network and equipment use, including but not limited to the "Electronic Network User Policy" and "Employee Conduct Policy". These policies and other company policies are available on the company intranet on roots.
By logging in user hereby acknowledges and consents to this use agreement.
